I've been there.  

 

For years, I paid little attention to my health because the consequences seemed far down the road, and I didn't have the time to build healthier habits.  I was fine, and I was succeeding in my career.  But it was at the cost of my health.  Everything felt urgent, I wasn't physically 100%, and I knew something was missing. 

I became a health coach in part because of my struggles with balancing success and burnout.  I had developed work habits that were taking a toll on my health. But over time, I found a formula for success that didn't damage my health.  It’s possible for you to do this, too.

On this site, I share things that have worked for me or that work for lots of people, but you are unique, and I'm not assuming that they work the same way for you.  Your path to success while staying healthy is specific to you and your life. 

 

You don't have to walk this path alone.

Who am I?

I am a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, trained at Kresser Institute, where I am also a contributing author and a member of the Advisory Board. Over the course of my career, I have focused on motivation, stress reduction, and behavior change. In addition to coaching clients on these topics, my career includes work with leaders in Fortune 500 companies, running a successful consulting business, and research and teaching at top universities. I have an M.S. in Organizational Behavior from Columbia University and a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA. When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy being outdoors (that's me river rafting in Colorado).
