The Stress Relief Plan: Introduction

There is a lot of stress reduction advice out there, some of it good and some of it bad, but very little of it provides you with a framework for sustainable stress reduction that you can easily adapt to your life.

My stress relief plan is based on my personal experience and years of research on stress, and it aims to provide you with practical information for avoiding stress, staying strong

in the face of stress, and bouncing back quickly when stress is inevitable.

The plan has three parts. First, how to build a strong foundation so that you're in the best possible position when life gets challenging. Second, how to simplify your life so that you get the most bang for the buck on the things that you are doing to improve your health and have time for other things that you enjoy. And third, how to bounce back quickly when stress happens so that you can get back on track with your health goals.

Check back for a series of articles that unpacks these three parts of the plan. You can also download the free e-books that provide tips on building a healthy foundation, simplifying your life, and getting back on track.
